At Falchi we do a lot more than purely interior design and this is something we are always keen to bring across to our audience. We often find that when people approach us for interior design we can bring other ideas to the table that make them wish they had engaged us earlier such as spacial design or exterior design to compliment the interior. As we are normally the ones ordering and placing the furniture it makes sense for us to design the layout of the house (if required) so that furniture can be placed in the best position and the layout can work around the needs of the client other than other other way around.
During this lock down period we have worked on multiple plans to get our clients excited for the process to come. This time is the perfect time to be working on plans and starting the process of design. We have had video meetings and shared our screens to show our clients their new plans and this way we can easily hat about any changes and the benefits of each design option.
Below are plans for a project we completed in Beaconsfield. We were brought in to do the interior design but actually were able to assist with the plans and made changes to the layout to give a better impact and work better for the family. We raised door heights for more impact and changed the staircase to be a sweeping staircase in a curved entryway instead of the box staircase that had been designed previously.
