Meet our team of professional interior designers

“We are a friendly and approachable interior design practice, enthusiastic and dedicated to discovering the best possible design solutions”

Falchi Interiors was established in 2006. We have been providing design solutions for clients from the private and commercial sectors from our studio in Datchet, near Windsor, ever since. Our aim is to create a completely bespoke interior for each client that meets their requirements of style, budget and time.

Our Approach

Our ability to build a working relationship with our clients, to listen to their requirements and to translate these into a creative and personalised space is important. It is the key to our customer service and enables us to provide a home tailored to each client’s tastes and style.

We live and breathe interiors, watching out for new ideas, evaluating products and establishing the best resources.  We are a friendly and approachable group, passionate about our projects and dedicated to offering the best possible inspirations and solutions.

Marion Falchi

Director

“A home is not just bricks and mortar, it’s an emotion too. We work hard to understand the emotions that our clients attach to their projects”

My interest in interiors began in retail while working in New York at a leading fashion house. On returning to the UK, I was invited to contribute to several consultancy projects which focused my interests on residential design and interior architecture. As the number of projects I was involved with increased I realised that I was filling a gap in the UK market and this inspired me to set up Falchi Interiors in 2006. I lead the design team with Lauren Bevins.

“I look at the light and the space and consider how the two can provide a backdrop to the time that our client will spend there”

I have been with Falchi Interiors since 2010. My background is in interior architecture which I studied at Portsmouth University. Bringing these qualifications and experience to the team has enabled Falchi Interiors to move forward with new build projects and complete refurbishments. I work closely with our designer, Molly Gatcum.

Senior Designer

“I have a knack of spotting a trend before it becomes widespread”

I joined Falchi Interiors at the beginning of 2018 as a junior Interior Designer. I obtained a first class degree in Interior Design Decoration at Southampton Solent. I’m inspired by new trends and innovative design, which I keep a watchful eye on, and my skills in spatial planning and the creation of electronic plans (AutoCad) play an important part in the way in which the team at Falchi communicates with our clients.

Jessica Tyler

Junior Designer

“I like the challenge of taking a client’s inspiration and style and creating a memorable space.”

Working for Falchi Interiors is my first full-time role in interior design, I joined in 2023. At Falmouth University, where I gained my BA(Hons) in Interior Design, my focus was on creating memorable spaces for the user that took into account the ‘spirit’ of the building. Work-place experience followed before securing this role.

I like to look at a client’s project from all different angles and my aim is to create something that is beautiful and functional, but perhaps slightly unexpected. I look after our social media and my Auto-Cad skills are put to good use. Social media keeps me in touch with what is going on in the world of interiors and I use my organisational skills to make sure the rest of the team are up to date, too.

Jaki Willson

Marketing & PR

“I like to think of myself as an editor of trends and I am obsessed with interiors, the dressing of a home and the expression of a lifestyle”

As a magazine journalist I’ve spent my entire working life interpreting what people want to improve within their homes and their lifestyle. Falchi Interiors has brought me a fresh challenge managing their social media platforms.

How We Work

“We have clients who give us a brief and then come back when the project is finished and we have clients with whom we collaborate throughout the project. Both receive the same commitment and enthusiasm from our team”

Every project is different, but this will give you an idea of how we work to deliver a project tailored to you and your lifestyle.

We like to be brought in to a project as early as possible to give us the opportunity to arrive at the end result in as cost effective, stylish and time-efficient a manner as we can.

Once we have met and begun to build up an idea of what your dream project would look like, we will send you a detailed Proposal of the work that needs to be done, how long we anticipate the job will take and how much our costs will be.

If you are happy with this, we then prepare a Pinterest page to establish a common visual understanding of what our design objectives might be. At this stage we will also prepare detailed plans of the site, either using our own measurements, a measured building survey or architect’s plans, depending on the project. These will also show lighting, electrical points and a home serve system if this is to be included. We’ll show you these plans for your approval.

If building works are needed, a tender package for contractors’ quotations will be prepared either by us or by the architect, depending on the extent of the project. Once the quotations have been finalised and contractors commissioned, the ‘hard’ work begins.

The next stage is to present a finishes package along with lighting and furniture options for each room. We will also have established from our original layouts whether and where there are any bespoke joinery requirements, drawn up designs for these and approved finishes together.

Once you’ve made your decisions, we will issue a Fixtures, Fittings and Equipments (FF&E) schedule, listing the items to be purchased, measurements, cost and delivery expectations. If you’re happy with that, we will begin the process of purchase and delivery.

The final – and most fun – part of the process is to fit and position all the furnishings and style the property so that our working space becomes your home.
