We offer a remote consultation service and it’s as easy as emailing us at [email protected], providing us with some basic information about your enquiry, and booking a slot with one of our experienced interior designers.
For example, we can offer advice on:
- choosing the right fabrics for your curtains, cushions and upholstery
- selecting the right colours for a room
- how to create a cohesive decorating scheme throughout your home
- solving a specific interior design issue
- identifying your interior style and giving tips on how to make it work
- what finishes will work with your interior
- how to make the best use of the space you have available
- reviewing architect’s plans

Once we have your information, we will contact you to arrange a video call lasting 1 hour with a member of the Falchi team. Your interior designer will already be familiar with your enquiry and have planned some suggestions. One hour is enough time to answer general questions about one or possibly two rooms or issues such as identifying your interior style, but should you need a further consultation this can be arranged at a reduced fee.
Following on from the call you will be emailed a page of inspirational ideas, like the one below, to help you turn your consultation into reality.
