The first steps
You’ve done your homework, decided that you want to work with an interior designer and chosen Falchi Interiors. You pick up the phone, dial the number and?……
The first step, no matter how you make the initial approach whether by email or phone, is that we will ask you to let us have any plans and/or images you may have of your property and a brief idea of what it is you want to achieve.
Someone from the Falchi team will then be in touch to organise a time for an initial video telephone conversation to discuss your requirements and get a better idea of what you are trying to achieve.
After this, we will send you an overview of our discussion to confirm your requirements and, on receipt of your agreement, prepare a detailed proposal estimating how much time we think your project will take and consequently what our charges will be. We frequently break the proposal down into phases, enabling you to decide to what level of commitment you wish to work with Falchi.
Once you’ve signed and returned the proposal to us, we’ll identify a date on which we can begin to work with you and voila, there it is, you’re part of the Falchi family!
