“Creating a family space with a luxury hotel feel”
The brief for this project was to provide functional and flexible living space for the family and for entertaining guests with a luxury hotel feel.
We pride ourselves on our ability to understand how our clients want to use space and how to create the best functional layout for a home. Using our technical and spatial planning experience, we transformed this 3 bedroom apartment into a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom luxury home, complete with maid’s quarters and open-plan living. Using the appointed architect’s AutoCAD files, we repositioned walkways, altered door openings, relocated bathrooms and created an additional bedroom. Now the two main reception rooms, grand dining room, entrance and stunning bedrooms accommodate the whole family.
Sophisticated wall coverings, fabulous international finishes and bespoke furniture pieces designed by Falchi Interiors complete the opulent look.
