Berkshire Renovation Progress: Finalised Finishes

We are at strip out stage of our Berkshire renovation project now and this means orders need to be placed for long lead time items. We sat down together last week to finalise all the finishes for very room so that we can start the ordering process.

Today we are sharing the neutral palette interior scheme we have put together for this client. Our client loves a neutral base but wanted small pops of colour that were easy to live with. We made a base of a lightly stained oak floor, textured Romo wallpaper and stoney paint colours by Little Greene.

The formal lounge is a large room so did need some deep colour to base the design and give depth. We chose a deep blue which is highlighted in cushions and upholstery materials. Brass comes through in the tables as well as the curtain sheers which have a beautiful striped design.

The kitchen, hallway and landing all keep a more tonal look as we wanted to create a light and airy feel to these spaces. The bespoke kitchen will have a veined stone top with black painted wood base. This is the focus of the kitchen and we wanted to make a statement with the dark base.

Feel free to contact us for any more information about the finishes we have compiled for this client.

More updates to come!
